The two-storeyed stone house is located in a historical protected zone of the central part of the town near the garden connecting Bolshaya Street with Kedrovaya Street. The building of the period of classicism is built in strict hierarchy on floors: the lower – economic –is rusticated with the top locks over the windows, and the upper floor of more harmonious proportions – with the ceremonial halls located in enfilade.
The yard facade of the house from northern side of a historical household is adjoined by a wooden porch with a bulbous pediment. The rooms of the ground floor are blocked by the vaults with strikings over the widows.
