The small brick house on basement in the plan is located in the shape of letter "г" on the northern side of the main street with the six-window facade. The facades are plastered, the windows with the bow-shaped cross connections on top are framed by the brick lining on the same level with the corner blades under the frieze with a double-decked "dentils" and a wide profiled cornice.
