The two-storeyed wooden house in a historical part of Yeniseisk faces the northern line of building of Lenin Street. The square ancient house in the plan has five axes on the main facade. From the eastern side the ladder and a verandah over it are attached. The plastered and whitewashed facades are finished by the wooden wide cornice. The corners are noted by the profiled blades and the platbands are decorated with a floral ornament.
The house belonged to S. L. Schukin, the director of the Yenisei bank, since 1884.
